Shipping Information


Regardless of the total number of items, all orders placed with have a fixed delivery charge and delivery will usually be within 8-10 working days. For packages outside Europe, please contact us to get a shipping quote. We would like to make our customers outside Europe aware that they may be subject to certain customs and import taxes.

To ensure your order has been delivered, all packages have to be signed for. In order to facilitate this, we request you to choose a delivery address where someone will be able to receive the order and sign for it during business hours. During the checkout process, you have the option to specify a different delivery address to your billing address.

Additionally, you must provide us with a valid phone number before the package leaves our warehouse incase the courier or our customer agents need to contact you regarding your delivery. We assure you that we will never share your personal information with anyone unless it is necessary to fulfill your order.


Shipping Costs

Shippings costs vary to the different locations in Europe. 

All packages to Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland) cost €10

All packages to UK cost €15

All packages to Mainland Europe cost €25

Packages to Australia, Canada and USA cost €40, however in some instances may be subject to surcharge depending on weight and final desination.


Delivery Times

Depending on your location in Europe and the items ordered, delivery times may vary. Most deliveries are delivered within 10 days of placing the order. If multiple items with varying time frames are part of your order, we will deliver them individually at no extra cost. Should you have any queries about our delivery times, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to facilitate all requests.

Almost all our packages are delivered successfully and on time. However, there may be a rare occasion due to unforeseen circumstances, couriers or human error, that the package may be delayed and we apologise for any inconvenience. cannot accept any responsibility for loss or distress caused by a delayed or lost package.
